Societe Generale Private Banking Hambros (SGPB Hambros) has launched its new eBanking platform.
A three-year IT project was initially launched in 2013 in order to enable SGPB Hambros to harmonise processes and to enhance clients’ experience.
“Through an improved Client Relationship Management tool and enhanced portfolio management system, SGPB Hambros will enable its bankers to spend more time with their clients – part of its continuing focus on improving client satisfaction.
“With eBanking services available on mobile phone, tablet and desktop, the new platform ensures the highest level of security and provides clients with better navigation and more flexibility in accessing financial information such as their portfolio valuations, positions and performances, as well as more efficient execution,” the company said.
SGPB Hambros CEO, Eric Barnett, says: “This new service not only represents a significant milestone in our digital transformation strategy, but also in our commercial strategy. Since 2013, we have launched a series of client-centric initiatives in order to ensure that we are effectively able to meet clients’ needs. The launch of our new eBanking platform is the next natural step in this direction and we are excited about the prospect of offering clients more secure and easier online banking access anywhere, anytime and on any device.”
