French personal insurer CNP Assurances has promoted Magali Noé to chief digital officer with the aim of accelerating its digital transformation.
Noé will be responsible for the development of the corporate digital culture, promoting and stimulating initiatives and coordinating the preparation of a digital action plan, which will fulfill the ambitions of CNP Assurances.
Noé, who joined the group in 2008, held positions such as product marketing manager and estate-planning and retail manager. Since 2013, she has been responsible for tasks for the CEO in the capacity of manager of the euro-growth project.
Noé is also an actuary and a teacher of financial mathematics at the Paris Dauphine University.
CNP Assurances made over €1bn of net profits in 2014. The company is listed on the first market of Euronext Paris since 1988. It has 27 million personal risk/protection insured worldwide and 14 million savings and pensions policyholders.
A core group of four major shareholders (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, La Banque Postale, Groupe BPCE and the French State) backs the firm.
