La Française Forum Real Estate Partners has appointed Allistair Ennever as senior investment manager.
Ennever will be targeting investment opportunities on the UK commercial real estate market for the French asset manager.
His new position, based in London, will involve working across the whole real estate chain.
Ennever, member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, made his career within the UK commercial property industry. He was hitherto working as a senior investment surveyor for an independent private surveying practice, Chapman Petrie, where he used to buy and sell properties for institutional investors such as Scottish Widows and National Farmers Union Mutual. Earlier, Ennever also held a surveyor role with Colliers International.
LFF Real Estate Partners investor director Peter Balfour said Ennever will help the company “to find suitable assets to meet our client requirements and grow assets under management.”
