Societe Generale Securities Services added three members to its UK team based in London.
Moving from SS&C Globe Op, Sarjbit Panesar has been appointed global head of Business Development for the insurance sector. He will responsible for developing business solutions aimed at a clientele of insurance companies and asset managers managing insurance assets.
Stephen Donnet becomes head of Securities Banking Operations for the UK after being a director service at City Consultants Ltd. He will be in charge of building robust and scalable banking operations to service SGSS’ UK client base.
SGSS named Florence Cuenet-Soulier as client solution manager for buy-side clients. Prior to joining the firm, she headed the client management unit for hedge funds at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in London. She will be responsible for developing business and client solutions for the asset managers and owners segment in UK.
Bertrand Blanchard, SGSS’ Country Manager in the UK, sees those appointments as “important milestones in SGSS’ development plans for the UK, particularly for asset managers and owners”.
