Withers
Withers has announced that international arbitration attorney Emma Lindsay has joined as a partner in the firm’s New York office. She joins from Bryan Cave, where she led the international arbitration team.
Lindsay is a dual-qualified international dispute resolution lawyer specializing in investor-state arbitration and international commercial arbitration.
Ardan International
Ardan International has appointed Sarah Dunnage, head of Finance for RL360, interim Chief Executive Officer.
She takes over for an initial period of six months, following the departure of Richard Preston. Dunnage (pictured) been part of the Ardan management team since it was purchased by International Financial Group Limited – owner of the Ardan, RL360 and RL360° Services brands – in late 2016 and has worked closely with both Ardan operations and management.
Lombard Odier
Lombard Odier has hired industry veteran Sen Sui as managing director. He will be responsible for managing key client relationships and strengthening the bank’s client service proposition in Asia.
Sui was previously with Credit Agricole Indosuez in Singapore, where he was chief executive as well as head of wealth management in Asia. At the French bank, he was responsible for leading the growth of the bank’s regional commercial activities.
Morgan Stanley
Morgan Stanley has hired three investment specialists to strengthen its team in Hong Kong. The move follows a reshuffle among the senior Asian management at the company.
Jimmy Chiu joins Morgan Stanley as an executive director, responsible for advisory and distribution. Morgan Stanley also hired Christina Au-Yeung as a vice president and alternative investments specialist. Shirley Li signed a contract also as a vice president and traditional mutual funds specialist.

St James’s Place hired Robert Gardner to head the investment management from early next year as previous director David Lamb steps down following 27 years at the company.
Gardner is a co-founder of boutique pension and investment consultancy Redington, one of the City’s most respected names in the sector.
Brewin Dolphin
Brewin Dolphin, the £36.8bn UK wealth manager, has announced Legal & General Investment Management chief financial officer Siobhan Boylan will assume the role of its new finance boss early next year.
The appointment ends Brewin’s three-month search for a finance director after Andrew Westenberger left.
Bedell Cristin
Bedell Cristin has appointed Guy Westmacott as a Partner, two years after he joined the firm. He is a specialist in corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions.
Westmacott joined Bedell Cristin in 2016 and earlier this year was promoted to managing associate.
LGIM
LGIM has announced that Simon Hynes has moved within the company to the new role of head of retail distribution for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
LGIM has hired James Crossley to replace Hynes as head of UK retail sales. Crossley joins from Jupiter, the UK asset manager.
