JP Morgan Asset Management has announced the appointment of Alexis Jarnoux (pictured) as sales manager within the France funds financial advisory team.
Based in Paris, he will report to Stéphane Vonthron, head of the Financial Advisory Team. Jarnoux will be in charge of continuing the growth of J.P. Morgan’s funds business in France, focusing on strengthening and deepening client relationships.
Before joining JP Morgan Asset Management, Jarnoux worked as sales manager at Axiom Alternative Investments, in charge of relationships with platforms and IFAs.
The firm said the France funds financial advisory team “represents an increasingly important strategic focus.”
Pietro Grassano, country head of France for JP Morgan Asset Management, commented: “We are committed to enhancing our presence in the financial advisory space. This growth will complement our established business with both institutional investors and with wholesale and private banking channels.”
“Alexis’ role will be strategically important to our distribution strategy as we intensify our presence on the ground. He will help advance our ability to deliver dedicated products and services to our clients, including our industry leading Market Insights programme,” added Vonthron.
