In his latest Panoramic Outlook, M&G fund manager Jim Leaviss discusses the gradually improving prospects for Europe, the factors weighing on the US Federal Reserve in its deliberations on when to start hiking interest rates, and where he believes select opportunities lie within the emerging and high yield bond markets among others.

Leaviss argues that while the market has so far consistently failed to predict Fed policies, this year will be different.

With regard to the UK Brexit referendum, M&G remains nervous about the Pount and UK government debt.
