Prior to joining Heartwood, Campbell worked as a portfolio manager at Sarasin & Partners, where he focussed on liquid hedge fund strategies. He began his career in investment management in 2013 as an analyst at Société Générale Private Bank.
For her part, Howes, pictured left, whose primary area of research is equities, is working with Michael Stanes on the management of Heartwood’s Growth Investment Strategy. Before joining Heartwood, she worked in the investment banking division of JP Morgan, and began her career at UBS in London.
The third new member of the Heartwood team is Siobhan Pandya, who has been named head of investment communications. She will be responsible for developing and implementing Heartwood’s content and marketing strategy. She comes to Heartwood with “extensive experience” in the area of generating and managing cross-asset content, the company notes, having previously spent seven years at M&G Investments, most recently as head of equities market content. Previous employers have included Henderson Global Investors, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.
