Isle of Man to consult on beneficial ownership

The Isle of Man’s government has launched a beneficial ownership consultation that will run until 16 December.

The consultation is based on a draft version of its proposed beneficial ownership bill following on from an agreement it made with the UK, as reported,  in April.

The consultation documents were published on the Isle of Man government’s website on Friday A spokesperson for the Isle of Man government, pictured above, said that the consultations on the publication of the Beneficial Ownership Bill 2017, were simply part of the normal government process before introducing legislation.
