Intertrust Jersey names three to group services director positions

Intertrust Jersey has added Nicola Giraud, Adrian Franklin and Lisa Bragg (pictured above L-R) to group services director positions.

In a statement released earlier today, the Channel Islands division of the publicly-traded international trust and corporate management company added that the promoted trio will also form part of the Intertrust Jersey Executive Committee, led by managing director Simon Mackenzie.

Franklin, who was previously director of IT & Change, has been promoted to operations director for Jersey. He brings to this new role over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry having held senior roles in financial control IT and operations and will be responsible for day-to-day operations and the execution of Intertrust’s strategy, the company said.

Lisa Bragg has been promoted to HR Director for the Jersey office. In her new role, she will lead, direct and implement the HR strategies, policies and practices that contribute to delivering the strategy of the business. The company said that “her focus will be talent management, reward, training and development, resourcing, performance management and engagement” to continue to make Intertrust in Jersey, “a great place to work.”

Nicola Giraud, who was previously group financial controller, has been promoted to finance director for Jersey. In her new role, she will be responsible for the finance operations of the Jersey business, as well as supporting the executive team in the delivery of Intertrust’s strategy.

Intertrust Jersey MD Simon Mackenzie, said that the promotions are the result of “determination, commitment and high levels of performance”.

“These promotions strengthen our company as a whole and will enable us to continue to deliver exceptional client service, backed by a robust group structure,” he said.
