HSBC Singapore targets HNWI with launch
HSBC has launched a new digital concierge service for high-net-worth individuals in Singapore in a bid to strengthen ties with wealthy clients via the additional service offering.
The digital platform concierge HSBC Jade will be accessible to customers who deposit at least £670,000 in cash and or in investments with HSBC qualify for personalized investment solutions and advisory services, as well as the global concierge facility, the bank announced in a statement today.
Features of the programme include dedicated access to an expert HSBC relationship manager, on-demand access to personalised financial updates, exclusive experiences and lifestyle benefits through the HSBC Jade Concierge Service in partnership with concierge provider Ten Lifestyle Group and enhanced wealth & privilege banking services.
“We know that our clients want the exclusivity that money can’t buy, combined with the convenience of accessing concierge services on the move. Whether they use the concierge service through their desktop computer, mobile or tablet or make a phone call, they will have 24/7 access to the best the world has to offer. They can get their travel, tickets and dining and experiences organized better, faster and personalized to their needs,” said Toby Chan, group head of HSBC Jade.
The service claims it can get reservations at the most sought-after restaurants around the globe and has a 92% success rate in securing hard-to-get tickets for sport, music, and the arts.
The targeted move follows the bank’s aims to increase HSBC’s wealth business and expand the insurance and asset management offering in South East Asia.
Citing data from Boston Consulting Group’s 2018 Global Wealth Report and Capgemeni’s World Wealth Report, HSBC highlights a 19% increase in personal wealth within Asia alone over the past year.
