Orbis Access names ex-OMI exec Bradshaw to head its UK retail biz

Orbis Access, the online investment company which is part of Orbis Investments, has named Marcel Bradshaw to head up its retail business in the UK.

As reported,  Bradshaw’s resignation from his post as sales director of Old Mutual International was revealed yesterday. He was said to have wanted to spend more time in the UK and with his family than the international role at OMI enabled him to.

Prior to joining Old Mutual in January, 2015, Bradshaw, pictured, had been managing director of Glacier International, the Sanlam Group’s offshore division.

Bradshaw is joining Orbis Access as it is broadening the distribution of the Orbis OEIC Global Equity and Global Balanced funds in the UK to include third parties.

Orbis Access is the direct-to-consumer platform of Orbis Investments, a Bermuda-based asset manager founded in 1989, which manages more than £15bn across a range of long-only equity and absolute return strategies.
