Paul Windsor to head Crestbridge’s London office
Crestbridge, the Jersey-based independent trust, fund and corporate service provider, has named Paul Windsor to head up its London office as managing director, saying that the appointment comes as the firm continues to grow its onshore administration and accounting business.
As the new head of Crestbridge’s London office, Windsor – who joined Crestbridge last year when it established the London outpost – succeeds Steven Morrice, who has left Crestbridge to take up a role in consultancy.
In his new role, Windsor assumes responsibility for Crestbridge’s UK-focused business development activity, growth strategy and performance, Crestbridge said in a statement announcing his new role.
In London, Crestbridge specialises in providing real estate administration and accounting services to a range of investors that typically include large property and insurance companies, pension funds, boutique private firms and individuals, the company said.
Windsor came to Crestbridge in 2015 with more than 30 years of real estate accounting and tax experience, as a partner at specialist firm WSM. He graduated from Aston Business School, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 with international accounting firm KPMG, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Crestbridge currently looks after US$100bn worth of assets on behalf of its clients across multi-jurisdictional structures, and has offices and is regulated in the Cayman Islands and Luxembourg as well as Jersey. Its London offices are located on Charles II Street in St James’s.
