‘Big Data’ to be addressed at Linedata event in London

Big Data, the disruptive effect of Fintech on industry incumbents, and a debate on the impact of a potential Brexit on financial markets will be among the topics that will be covered at Linedata’s annual European conference in London later this month.

IBM’s global managing partner, Andrew Grill, is also scheduled to address the conference, which will take place on 22 June, at Kings Place, a venue north of London’s Kings Cross train station.

More than 200 financial and IT industry specialists are expected to attend the event, which Linedata says is aimed at providing  “vital business insight and discussion around key areas of concern for the UK asset management, alternatives and lending and leasing sectors”.

The event will be followed by a networking reception.

The conference is part of a global event series Linedata sponsors annually in three different continents: North America, Asia and Europe.

Linedata is based in France, and listed on the Euronext Paris exchange.
